Accenture Italia is seeking a Marketing Senior Analyst to join the Marketing & Communications organization, focusing on Avanade and its business in Italy, supporting demand and pipeline growth for Microsoft products and IT services through the execution of marketing programs, events, communications, and operational activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field with 2–3+ years in marketing, events, communications, or operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and project support skills.
• Understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and lead follow-up.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM systems and marketing tech familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and stakeholders simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning and execution of B2B demand generation campaigns, executive events, and industry engagements, coordinating logistics and reporting.
• Assist lead management and post-event follow-up with sales to align marketing activities with pipeline.
• Coordinate with Microsoft stakeholders, agencies, vendors, and internal teams for high-quality execution.
• Support marketing operations and governance, including budgets, POs, invoices, and trackers.
• Assist communications, social media, and content coordination, leveraging Microsoft technologies to improve productivity.
