Stevanato Group is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Communication Team in Italy. You will craft and deploy messaging across channels, collaborating with product management, sales, and subject matter experts to produce compelling content and campaigns.

You will support launches, events, and lead-generation with a focus on global branding and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3+ years in B2B marketing in international settings, Italian native or English proficiency,

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences or related field.
• Italian native / English proficiency.
• 3+ years in B2B marketing and communications in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Strong storytelling and content development skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Mansioni

• Support the creation and dissemination of messaging across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with branding and objectives.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and SMEs to develop technical and marketing content (brochures, presentations, articles, white papers, website copy, emails, case studies).
• Plan, deploy, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns including product launches, events, webinars, digital campaigns, and lead generation.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials (presentations, product sheets, collateral) with internal teams and agencies.
• Support communication and promotion of corporate initiatives, milestones, manufacturing facilities, and strategic investments.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders and regional teams to align marketing strategies and adapt content for local markets; attend fairs and events.
• Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a collaborative partner across functions for strategic projects.
