Stevanato Group is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Communication Team in Italy. You will craft and deploy messaging across channels, collaborating with product management, sales, and subject matter experts to produce compelling content and campaigns.

You will support launches, events, and lead-generation with a focus on global branding and regulatory compliance. The role requires 3+ years in B2B marketing in international settings, Italian native or English proficiency,

Mansioni

• Support the creation and dissemination of messaging across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with branding and objectives.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and SMEs to develop technical and marketing content (brochures, presentations, articles, white papers, website copy, emails, case studies).
• Plan, deploy, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns including product launches, events, webinars, digital campaigns, and lead generation.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials (presentations, product sheets, collateral) with internal teams and agencies.
• Support communication and promotion of corporate initiatives, milestones, manufacturing facilities, and strategic investments.
• Coordinate with international stakeholders and regional teams to align marketing strategies and adapt content for local markets; attend fairs and events.
• Ensure all materials comply with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Stevanato Group is one of the world's largest providers of integrated containment and delivery solutions for the biopharmaceutical industry. We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Communication Team in Italy. The candidate will play an important role in deploying Stevanato Group’s global Communication plan by creating captivating, engaging communications to boost awareness and interest among the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and dissemination of messaging across multiple channels, ensuring consistency with corporate branding and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and subject matter experts to develop compelling technical and marketing content, including brochures, presentations, articles, white papers, website copy, email campaigns, and customer success stories.
• Assist in the planning, deployment, and performance monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns, including product launches, trade media, events, webinars, digital campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives.
• Create and maintain sales enablement materials, including presentations, product sheets, and promotional collateral, working closely with internal resources and external agencies.
• Support the communication and promotion of corporate initiatives, company milestones, manufacturing facilities, innovation programs, and strategic investments.
• Work closely with international stakeholders and regional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and adaptation of content to local market needs, also attending fairs and events.
• Ensure all communication materials comply with corporate guidelines, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Act as a collaborative partner across functions, supporting strategic projects and communication initiatives as needed.

Requirements for application

• Education: Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Languages: Italian native / English proficient.
• Experience: at least 3 years of experience in B2B marketing and communications in an international and cross‑functional environment, preferably in engineering, industrial automation, life sciences, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Skills: content development and storytelling skills; project management and stakeholder management abilities; good understanding of integrated marketing campaigns; customer‑oriented mindset; ability to work effectively with c‑level executives.
• Travel: up to 20%.

For this role, the expected compensation range starts from € 33,000. The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including geographic location, professional experience, education, and skill level.
