Charly Agency LLC is seeking a high-performing B2B growth generalist to own and execute growth initiatives. You will run experiments, manage campaigns, and optimize CRO and SEO across the website and client work. You’ll write, analyze data, and implement AI tooling, collaborating closely with the CEO to own the growth stack.

The role is fully remote with flexible hours, offering growth opportunities as the agency scales and a lean, high-trust team environment that values ownership.

Competenze

• 5+ years in B2B growth or marketing, ideally agency or creative-services.
• Genuinely tactical and hands-on: you run the work yourself, campaigns, CRO, copy.
• Great copywriting skills.
• Extremely organized with multi-project context switching.
• Data-driven: pull, read, and build dashboards/reports.
• Strong SEO/GEO, email outreach, analytics, and marketing automation.
• Fast learner, creative, self-directed.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Run growth experiments end to end across channels and funnel stages.
• Manage campaigns: cold email, LinkedIn, organic, and paid with KPI focus.
• Own CRO across site and client work; identify friction and test fixes.
• Improve the website SEO and landing pages with real metrics.
• Write blog content and oversee SEO/GEO specialists.
• Oversee Google Ads contractor; brief and review performance.
• Set up and manage marketing infrastructure: CRM, cold email systems, alerts.
• Run prospect research and build outreach examples.
• Help implement AI agents and tooling into workflows.
