An international tech-driven sales company is seeking a B2B Digital Sales Specialist fluent in Spanish and English. In this full-time hybrid position based in Sofia, you will conduct cold calling, generate leads, and contribute directly to revenue growth. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience and strong communication skills. This role includes a competitive salary and benefits such as relocation support and a quarterly performance bonus.

We are hiring aB2B Digital Sales Specialistwithnative-level Spanishand strongcold calling experienceto join an international, tech-driven sales team based in Sofia.

This is afull-time hybrid position(office + remote) in a dynamic digital advertising environment, offering stability, career growth, and relocation support.

Your Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage B2B leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead qualification methodologies
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets
Requirements
  • Native-level Spanish(mandatory)
  • Fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification methodologies
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and results-driven mindset
What We Offer
  • Full-time contract, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
  • Hybrid role based in Sofia
  • Gross monthly salary: 3,267 BGN
  • Quarterly performance bonus up to 2,000 BGN
