Leonardo SpA in IT - Varese, Cascina Costa, seeks a Junior MBSE/System Engineering professional to contribute to avionic system concepts for rotorcraft programs.

You will work with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams, perform MBSE tasks, prepare engineering reports, and ensure alignment with standards and project objectives, while developing technical documentation and early feasibility assessments.

Competenze

• Degree in a technical discipline (Aerospace preferred).
• Knowledge of MBSE and model-based design methods.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Perform MBSE activities, including model-based design and requirements allocation.
• Prepare technical reports and decision-support artefacts for reviews.
• Support system architectures for helicopters, tiltrotors and avionic initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal/external partners; monitor risks and actions.
• Ensure alignment with engineering processes, standards and schedules.
