Zusammenfassung

Avio Aero is seeking an SMS Risk Focal on Site to manage hazards within the plant and partner with Compliance, Supply Chain, Product Quality, Operations, and SMS. You will lead hazard investigations, maintain logs, and drive risk mitigation in line with company procedures.

You will report to the Safety Risk Management Leader and help strengthen the SMS, safety culture, and regulatory readiness through daily shop-floor engagement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent.
• Experience in aerospace/defense environments or similar industries.
• Understanding of aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving and investigative capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Manage hazard log and SAT records with accuracy.
• Lead investigations and present hazard cases for risk assessment.
• Coordinate and track risk mitigation actions and escalation.
• Support trend analysis and safety culture initiatives.
