EssilorLuxottica in Milano is seeking a Technical Director for Events and Audio-Video with strong tech skills in software and hardware to support end users and manage AV setups for corporate events.

Reporting to the Employee IT Services Local Manager, the role includes mentoring a junior colleague and coordinating with IT teams on related projects, with regular interaction at executive level.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in audio/video processing.
• Educational background in Information Technology.
• Solid experience with Microsoft software packages.
• Hardware management experience (computers, printers, mobile, network, Mac).

Mansioni

• Provide technical support for audio/video events.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Perform maintenance and updates.
• Set up and manage meeting rooms and systems.
• Train users and offer live support during events.
• Collaborate with IT teams on related projects.
