EssilorLuxottica in Italy is seeking an Application Engineer to plan, conduct, and coordinate complex tests, provide 2nd level technical support, and act as a key interface between customers and internal departments. International travel is required.

Responsibilities include testing and documentation, troubleshooting, supporting sales, and creating clear customer demos and machine acceptances. The role emphasizes collaboration with R&D and service teams in a fast-paced optical manufacturing

Competenze

Engineering degree or technical diploma required.
Strong analytical and communication skills in Italian and English.
Willingness to travel frequently.
Motivation to learn and grow in a technical environment.
Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of ophthalmic lens production processes is highly valued.
Preferred: experience in ophthalmic or solar lens manufacturing environments.

Mansioni

Plan, conduct, and coordinate complex tests to validate new products.
