MotorK is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the team, based in our Antwerp office with relocation to Belgium. The role covers account management, onboarding, and client growth, liaising with Delivery, Sales, and Product teams.

Expect hybrid work with Milan onboarding days and ongoing collaboration across Europe. The ideal candidate brings SaaS or digital product experience, strong digital marketing knowledge, and fluent English; Flemish native required, plus French.

Competenze

Experience in account management or customer success, with end-to-end onboarding ownership.

Mansioni

Serve as the primary reference point for clients throughout their lifecycle, owning account management.
Own onboarding from contract to go-live, ensuring activation aligns with the dealer's digital strategy and SLA.
Translate client requirements into delivery briefs and manage cross-functional execution.
Drive adoption, prevent churn, and lead upsell/cross-sell activities to meet revenue goals.
Provide ongoing digital marketing, lead generation, and lead management expertise using DealerK Method.
Track key metrics like NPS, retention, and time-to-go-live.
