Carmove Srl is seeking a Customer Support & CRM Specialist for its Mirano (VE) team. The role is full-time and permanent, focusing on supporting automotive dealers using Carmove’s SaaS platform for multi-posting, CRM, websites, leads, and stock publishing.

Responsibilities include onboarding, initial setup, staff training, and handling tickets, emails, and calls. The ideal candidate has strong communication, is organized, and can learn new tools quickly while working well in a team.

Formación

• Position reserved for protected categories under Law 68/99.
• Excellent customer relationship attitude and communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Organized, precise, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, CRM, SaaS, Help Desk, Onboarding or B2B support is an advantage.
• Experience in the automotive sector is not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer onboarding and ongoing support for the Carmove SaaS platform.
• Assist with initial platform setup, stock-entry, CRM configuration, and dealer staff training.
• Manage tickets, email, and phone support; resolve first-line issues.
• Coordinate complex cases with the technical team and follow requests to resolution.
• Collect dealer feedback and promote effective platform use.
