Job summary
Röchling Automotive Laives is seeking an Advanced Development Engineer to lead R&D projects and coordinate development of new products and manufacturing processes. The role focuses on innovation and industrial implementation within our automotive technologies.
Requirements include a degree in Engineering or Physics, knowledge of polymers/composites, basic project management skills, and proficiency in English with Italian or German. Travel nationally and internationally is expected.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Physics, or equivalent technical field.
- Knowledge of material technologies, especially polymers & composites.
- Basic knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Fluency in English and Italian or German.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage Advanced Development projects with planning, monitoring, reporting and finances.
- Plan new activities, budgets, timelines, and coordinate external research partners.
- Contribute to new products and improvements in propulsion, electrification, and structural lightweight design.
- Promote technical excellence and cross-team collaboration.
