Cummins Cameri in Italy is seeking a Quality Engineer for the Quality Assurance Department. You will act as the primary liaison between customers and the plant, drive rapid containment of issues, and lead structured root cause investigations using 8D, 5 Why, A3, and Ishikawa.

You will implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product quality, work with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers to identify risks early, support audits, reviews, and performance meetings, and contribute to

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years in Automotive Quality or Manufacturing Quality.
• Experience managing customer relationships and leading structured problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards (IATF 16949).'
• Experience with driveline components or similar manufacturing environments.

• Act as primary quality liaison between customers and the plant, building relationships and addressing concerns quickly and professionally.
• Drive rapid containment and resolution of customer quality issues to protect customer satisfaction.
