Robert Bosch Group in Modena is seeking a BEG Project Manager for mobility components to lead project acquisitions and drive series production in coordination with Sales, R&D and manufacturing.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in mechanical, electronic, or informatics engineering, speaks English and Italian fluently (German is a plus), and has at least 3 years of automotive project experience.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in mechanical, electronic, informatics engineering.
• Fluent in English and Italian; German is a strong plus.
• At least 3 years experience in automotive project acquisition and management; PMP certification a plus.
• Working style: autonomous, proactive, analytical, team-oriented and customer-focused.

Mansioni

• Lead the acquisition process for mobility components in collaboration with Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with R&D and manufacturing to industrialize components.
• Plan projects according to business area processes and drive them to series production.
• Ensure profitability of projects in line with specifications and stakeholder expectations.
