Volkswagen Group in Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO) is seeking a Vehicle Motion Component Development Project Engineer to lead the definition and delivery of vehicle motion components across the product development lifecycle, with focus on budget, timing and technical requirements.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate PEP activities, monitor timelines and BOM, and ensure milestones are met while supporting engine programs. English fluency is required; Italian/German are a plus.

Competenze

• Degree in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in automotive OEM environments
• Project management in high-performance teams
• Proficient in MS Office

Mansioni

• Coordinate development of Vehicle Motion components across the product development lifecycle
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet targets on quality, cost, timing and performance
• Manage PEP activities, milestones and company standards
• Monitor timing, engineering releases and component delivery plans
• Define and track budgets, investments, and costs
• Plan and coordinate validation activities (FMEA, DVP, bench testing, vehicle testing)
• Oversee BOM management and cost optimization
• Prepare project status reports for management
