System Electronics in Fiorano Modenese, Italy, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead PM transformation and drive entry into the e-mobility market. You will supervise the Project Management function and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for strategic initiatives in a fast-growing business.

You will collaborate with Engineering and Production, manage senior stakeholders, and promote standardized PM practices. The role offers a base salary from €64.000 plus a bonus and a company car.

Competenze

• Experience leading PM teams in complex technical environments.
• Ability to govern end-to-end projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk).
• Hands-on leadership of strategic, customer-critical projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior interfaces.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Continuous improvement mindset with PM process standardization.
• E-mobility experience is a strong plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and develop the Project Management function, in line with the PM Transformation roadmap.
• Ensure effective project planning and execution, meeting timelines, costs and quality.
• Take direct ownership of strategic initiatives in the e-mobility domain.
• Act as the main customer interface for the most critical projects.
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering and Production teams.
• Promote standardization and continuous improvement of PM processes.
