MSX International in Varese, Lombardy, Italy seeks an experienced Technical Diagnostic Engineer to provide advanced diagnostics, guide complex repairs, and support dealer networks. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and suppliers to resolve escalations and improve service quality.

• Serve as the primary contact for technical escalations from dealers and Level 1 support.
• Diagnose complex vehicle issues using OEM diagnostic tools and interpret electrical schematics to guide repairs.
• Provide expert guidance on chassis/body, telematics and OTA updates, LEV/PHEV, powertrains, and transmissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to validate root causes and define corrective actions.
• Analyze case trends to identify issues and contribute to knowledge base updates.
• Support dealer workshops with structured troubleshooting steps and repair procedures.
