MSX International is seeking an Automotive Coach & Consultant to monitor and coach the use of a new CE tool, delivering operational and advisory support to Sales and related departments across the network.

The role focuses on Customer Journey, Sales, and Service processes to improve Customer Experience performance. Travel across the national territory is required, with opportunities to design training and webinars for the Sales & Service network.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis and reporting roles
• University degree required
• Good command of English and Italian languages

Mansioni

• Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports and analyses related to Customer Experience metrics
• Draft and manage communications to the sales and service network
• Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations on CE topics
• Support CE in analysis and design of incentive schemes
• Design, manage, and deliver virtual coaching sessions (webinars) on CE topics
• Provide hands-on support to Sales and Service network for new projects/tools
• Develop and deliver training modules for internal field staff and network
• Deliver classroom-based behavioral training on soft skills
• Conduct potential and gap analysis
