Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy) seeks a proactive Manufacturing Technology Specialist with mechanical and automation competences to join our Process Engineering team. You will work on new product development to define production equipment and on multifunctional projects for the technology evolution of manufacturing processes.

In our Operations Team we emphasize innovation, lean production methodologies and design for manufacturing to stay at the cutting edge.

Competenze

Bachelor's or higher in Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
Experience in assembly, carpentry and machining is preferred.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Waste, Poka Yoke, FMEA, SMED, DMAIC).
Willing to travel for business to subsidiaries and suppliers.
Strong problem solving and teamwork abilities.
