Technogym S.p.A. in Cesena (HQ) seeks a proactive Product Industrialization Engineer with mechanical and manufacturing expertise to develop new products and sustain lifecycle engineering.

You will work cross-functionally to design mechanical solutions, promote cost-conscious design and ensure quality standards, safety and manufacturability. Italian and English proficiency required, with travel as needed.

Competenze

• Mechanical/Manufacturing engineering background required.
• Problem-solving abilities and FMEA experience.
• Knowledge of DTC (Design to Cost), DTR/DFQ (Design for Reliability/Quality).
• Familiarity with main manufacturing technologies and assembly processes.
• Experience with 3D CAD systems, preferably PTC Creo.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Italian and English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.

• Develop mechanical solutions with internal teams and suppliers.
• Re-engineer for cost reduction and problem solving.
• Define technical standard solutions to ensure quality, safety and target cost.
• Promote DFMA concepts.
• Identify new solutions, technologies or suppliers.
• Support packaging design that enhances unpacking and logistics.
• Coordinate with R&D and Process Engineering to optimize manufacturing.
• Collaborate with product development, style, marketing, purchasing, process engineering and logistics.
• Plan activities and monitor progress across internal and external resources.
