SLB in Colico, Italy is seeking an Industrial Engineer for a 12‑month fixed term, full‑time contract. You will implement Lean and CI projects, support manufacturing leadership, and coordinate capital investments and new equipment startups.

You will monitor costs, analyze KPIs, and liaise with cross‑functional teams to drive automation and continuous improvement within a manufacturing context. Fluent English/Italian required; on‑site role in Colico.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
Strong continuous improvement mindset with automation interest.
Basic knowledge of Lean principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, time management and problem solving skills.
Experience with cost accounting, budgeting and investment analysis in manufacturing.
Familiarity with HSE regulations and contractor management in industry.
Proficient MS Office usage, especially Excel.
Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
Experience in manufacturing or energy sector, preferably automation-related, is a plus.

Mansioni

Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and CI initiatives.
Provide technical and operational support to Manufacturing Manager with cross‑functional collaboration.
Manage budget for capital investments and tooling.
Coordinate industrial projects including installation and start‑up of new equipment.
Monitor production costs and perform variance analyses.
Oversee supplier and non‑conformity cost management.
Manage production time-tracking system.
Analyze KPI data to support decision-making.
Supervise contractors and ensure HSE compliance.
