D-ploy GmbH is seeking an experienced OT/automation specialist to provide onsite support for industrial control systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related equipment. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, system recovery, patching, backups and compliant change execution in line with QMS and GAMP 5 requirements.
You will work with Siemens environments (TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7, Step 5) and may assist with Beckhoff/DeltaV components.
Competenze
- Experience in OT, industrial automation, or control systems environments.
- Strong knowledge of PLC and SCADA systems.
- Hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal, WinCC, and Step 7.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (OPC, PI, Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Profibus).
- Experience with OT patching, backups, restore procedures, and change control.
Mansioni
- Provide onsite support for OT and automation systems, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, and related industrial control systems.
- Troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, OPC/PI, and industrial communication issues.
- Work with Siemens environments: TIA Portal, WinCC, Step 7, Step 5.
- Support Siemens PLC systems and automation infrastructure.
- Support Beckhoff automation systems (optional).
- Analyze PLC CPU and communication diagnostics.
