Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Service Manager to lead auto service staff, coordinate technicians and manage parts and service operations. You will drive customer satisfaction, supervise hiring and training, and ensure compliance with quality standards while promoting sales and efficient store operations.

The role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach to automotive service, and a commitment to ongoing education and customer care.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of auto service technical experience.
• 1 year of service manager or service writer experience.
• Must have valid automotive driver's license to test drive customer's vehicles.
• Willingness to continue education and remain current in automotive repair issues.

• Assign and schedule work duties to auto service staff according to individual skill level.
• Serve all automotive service needs of customers.
• Oversee the hiring and training of an effective auto service team.
