Publicis Groupe's LePub is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our creative team in Italy. Bring 6/7 years in international creative agencies and a portfolio that demonstrates outstanding thinking, craft, and integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social.

The successful candidate will lead creative development, mentor juniors, present concepts to clients, stay ahead of trends, and collaborate with Strategy, Client Services and Production to deliver excellence.

Competenze

• 6/7 years of experience in international creative agencies.
• Portfolio demonstrates outstanding thinking, craft, and execution.
• Ability to build integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social.
• Experience working with global brands and complex communication ecosystems.
• Natural creative leader, able to inspire teams and elevate work.
• Passionate about creativity, culture and innovation; curious about what's next.
• Excellent storytelling, presentation and client-facing skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Emerging Media channels.
• Shape and elevate the creative vision for national and international brands, ensuring excellence and consistency across touchpoints.
• Partner with Strategy, Client Services and Production to translate business challenges into creative solutions.
• Present and defend concepts to clients with confidence and strategic rationale.
• Inspire, mentor and develop junior creatives, fostering collaboration and ambition.
