Publicis Groupe Milano is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join LePub’s creative team. You will bring 6/7 years of experience from agencies and lead cross-channel campaigns for national and international brands.

The role requires strong leadership, a bold creative vision, and excellent storytelling and presentation skills. Fluency in English is essential as is adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 6+ years experience in international creative agencies
• Strong background in Art Direction or Copywriting with a proven portfolio
• Proven ability to build integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital and Social
• Experience working with global brands and complex communication ecosystems
• Natural creative leader, able to inspire teams, mentor talent and elevate quality

Mansioni

• Lead the creative development of integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, Digital, Social and Emerging Media channels.
• Shape and elevate the creative vision for national and international brands, ensuring excellence and consistency across all touchpoints.
• Partner with Strategy, Client Services and Production teams to turn business challenges into impactful creative solutions.
• Present and sell creative concepts to clients with confidence, clarity and strategic rationale.
• Inspire, mentor and develop junior creatives, fostering collaboration and creative ambition.
• Drive creative quality throughout the project lifecycle from concept to final execution.
• Stay ahead of cultural, creative and industry trends with fresh perspectives and innovative thinking
