Dr. Schär AG seeks an Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer for a maternity leave cover in Bolzano, Italy. You will support the CMO and coordinate with global departments in an international environment.

Key responsibilities include calendar management, budget coordination, and preparation of meeting materials, with a focus on communication initiatives and sponsorship activities.

• Experience as an assistant or coordinator, ideally in a marketing context.
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills with a structured, independent work style.
• Open and communicative personality with stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluent or strong skills in German, Italian and English.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide personal assistance and organizational support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
• Manage the CMO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Act as an interface between the CMO and employees across our global departments
• Coordinate the marketing budget planning process as part of the overall company planning cycle
• Prepare and coordinate management meeting documentation and materials
• Support the innovation process by organizing, preparing, facilitating, and documenting monthly innovation meetings
• Manage sponsorship requests and sponsorship activities at Group level
• Contribute to the further development of internal and external communication initiatives

Your Profile

• Initial professional experience in an assistant or coordination role, ideally with experience in marketing
• Completed degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management or a related field
• Strong organizational skills combined with a structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Open and communicative personality who enjoys collaborating with a variety of stakeholders
• Very good German, Italian, and English language skills
