Metropolitan Pub Company in Florence is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of a busy pub.

You will lead by example, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and develop the team through coaching and training.

This role demands strong communication, eye for detail, and the ability to stay composed on a busy shift while upholding brand standards. English fluency is required to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
