Job summary

Radius Global Infrastructure in Italy is seeking an Asset Manager I to protect and enhance the value of our Italian asset portfolio. You will manage contract administration, data accuracy, and coordination with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to ensure revenue integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires 1–3 years in asset management, a solid command of MS Office and databases, and fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in asset management, contract administration, or real estate operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Administer site management agreements, leases, subleases, rooftop easements, and similar contracts.
• Review legal documentation and contractual terms to identify risks and required actions.
• Track expiring tenant agreements and negotiate extensions on favorable terms.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure billing accuracy per contracts.
• Escalate variances and support data accuracy improvements across systems.
• Maintain accurate asset, contract, and financial data in databases and CRM.
