Assurant Services Italia s.r.l. in Milan is seeking a Device Trading Manager (Telecommunications) to shape purchasing and trading across Europe.

The role manages device sales opportunities and procurement with supplier partners, working with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure products are available at the right time, at the right value. The position is full-time, hybrid in Milan with home-office flexibility, and includes a 10% performance bonus and a local benefits package.

Competenze

• Experience in supply chain trading, purchasing, procurement or related field.
• Experience in telecommunications, mobile or consumer electronics market is essential.
• Experience negotiating pricing or terms with suppliers/partners.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Collaborative communication style across countries and cultures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data interpretation and reporting.
• English proficiency; Italian or other European language skills are a plus.
• Organized and detail-focused with ability to manage priorities.

Mansioni

• Forecast, plan and manage purchasing activity across European channels in line with customer demand and business priorities.
• Build supplier relationships and drive continuous improvement in quality, fulfilment and service.
• Negotiate purchase/sale pricing and terms across product types; track value delivered.
• Manage purchase/sales administration, stock ageing and device lifecycles to reduce obsolescence.
• Develop demand planning approaches to support procurement and inventory decisions.
• Identify device sales opportunities and collaborate with commercial teams on new business.
• Support sales and revenue by using data and market insight to manage risk and improve efficiency.
• Contribute ideas to support new channels and evolving product requirements.
