IC Resources is assisting a Bergamo-based client in recruiting an ASIC Design Manager to lead a diverse semiconductor team near Milan.

You will oversee digital, analog/mixed-signal, verification, physical design, and applications engineering to deliver cutting-edge silicon photonics chips for AI/DC applications. Local Italian and English bilingualism is valued, with visa sponsorship and relocation available for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading multi-functional semiconductor teams in R&D environments.
• Experience across digital, analog/mixed-signal, verification, physical design and applications engineering.
• Background in pursuing new/advanced process technologies is preferred.
