Artemest invites applications for an Order & Project Management support role to join our Trade & Design team in Milan. You will manage the full order lifecycle, coordinate with Italian artisans and customers, and ensure timely delivery and clear communication across departments.

You will provide English-language customer support, understand client needs, and help develop long-lasting relationships with B2B clients, while contributing to procurement and project development initiatives in a

Competenze

Degree in Economics and Arts, Business Administration or Project management.
Experience in order management or project coordination is a plus.
Interest in art & crafts and attention to detail.

Mansioni

Monitor and manage the full order lifecycle and be the point of contact to artisans and customers for order questions.
Activate procurement processes when orders are validated.
Provide excellent customer support in English via email and calls.
Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Administration, Order Management).
Support development of long-lasting relationships with B2B clients and assist on project requirements.
