Amazon Italia Logistica S.R.L. is seeking an Area Manager to ensure the site runs safely, efficiently, and to a high quality. You will lead a team across the fulfilment network, driving productivity and implementing cross-site projects.

The role involves managing shifts, coaching managers, and collaborating with senior leaders to standardise practices while upholding Lean principles and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in people management.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
• Experience using data or anecdotal evidence to influence business decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and local language.
