Cosentino Milan is seeking a Commercial & Design Sales Manager to drive growth in the Architecture & Design segment. You will generate specifications from architects, designers and specifiers while developing new business with key project accounts across the region.

The role requires a hunter mindset, strong commercial acumen and a passion for design and architecture, with fluency in Italian and strong English desirable.

Competenze

• 4-5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience working with architects, designers, developers or building materials is valued.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop short and long-term sales plans to increase specifications and sales among architectural firms, designers, developers and property owners.
• Promote Cosentino solutions through presentations, events and product demonstrations.
• Execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and customer timelines.
• Manage customer relationships, specifications and project pipelines through Salesforce CRM.
• Drive growth of Cosentino surfacing solutions across worktops, flooring, wall cladding and façade applications.
