Visionnaire, a Milan-based luxury design group, seeks a senior commercial leader to unify Sales, Marketing, and Real Estate into a scalable growth platform. You will oversee Living Platform initiatives, turnkey projects, and branded residences, driving international expansion with disciplined margins and KPI governance.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, leverage CRM analytics and high-level negotiations to transform creative assets into sustainable revenue while preserving brand

Competenze

• Senior sales leadership in luxury, design, interiors, or high-end property sectors.
• Track record of international sales leadership and managing complex networks.
• Strategic planning, high-level negotiation and KPI-driven performance.

• Define global commercial strategy and operational plans by geography, channel and project type.
• Oversee a structured, measurable sales model with clear KPIs and ownership.
• Coordinate Marketing, Product and Sales to align brand equity with profitability and growth.
