Role Description

We are looking for an experienced architect with strong backfround and knowledge in design and delivery of high-end retail projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing 3D architectural models, detailed drawings and technical documentation, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring that designs meet regulatory, budgetary, and sustainability requirements. The Architect will participate in design reviews, contribute to interior and exterior design solutions, and support project management activities such as scheduling, risk tracking, and quality control. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Perugia, with a mix of in-studio collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. The position offers the opportunity to contribute creatively while maintaining strong technical and organizational oversight across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Relevant experience in high-end fashion brands architecture
• Relevant experience with REVIT
• Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural workflows (e.g., BIM tools, CAD, 3D modeling, and interoperability between design platforms).
• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and monitoring of project deliverables and timelines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with BIM methodologies.
• Knowledge of building regulations, planning processes, construction methods, and sustainable design p rinciples.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a client-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Professional degree in Architecture and eligibility for, or membership with, a relevant architectural association (e.g., RIBA or equivalent).
• Fluency in English; Italian language skills are highly beneficial for coordination with local stakeholders.
