Househam Henderson is seeking a skilled Architect to join their studio in Milan, Italy. This full-time position involves working with key clients on commercial projects in sectors like data centers, retail, and hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have 6-7 years of experience and strong Revit/BIM knowledge. Excellent coordination skills and fluency in both English and Italian are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.

The role

As an Architect at Hyphen, you will typically be dedicated to a key client, working with a range of stakeholders (both internal and external) and managing a project team.

• Most of our projects are in the commercial sectors of data centers, retail, offices, logistics, and hospitality.
• This is a full‑time role that requires office‑based collaboration with the team, as well as availability for site visits.

Your Skills And Experience

• Minimum 6‑7 years’ experience, preferably in retail industrial, or data center projects.
• Excellent Revit / BIM knowledge.
• Experience in producing detailed construction packages and technical coordination.
• Solid knowledge of Italian building regulations.
• Strong ability to coordinate the working group, external consultants, and the Client.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Native or fluent in written and spoken Italian.
