La DoubleJ in Milan is seeking an Arabic & English speaking Personal Shopper to cultivate VIP clients and drive sales for our Milanese lifestyle brand, with a focus on the Middle East market.
You will develop personalised communications, recruit high-potential customers, and partner with the Personal Shopping Manager on strategic plans, while representing La DoubleJ across online and international channels.
Competenze
- English language proficiency; other languages a plus.
- Experience as Personal Shopper in luxury retail, hospitality or lifestyle.
- Strong portfolio of VIP clients (ideally).
- Commercially driven with excellent client development skills.
- Self-starter, energetic, organised and able to multi-task.
Mansioni
- Actively recruit high-potential customers and develop long-lasting VIP relationships delivering an unparalleled experience.
- Grow La DoubleJ VIP client base with new and existing clients by nurturing relationships and informing on services.
- Create personalised communications regarding product fit, sizing and newness to keep clients engaged.
- Define action plans for each client and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Personal Shopping Manager on monthly, quarterly and annual sales planning.
- Host client engagement activities and VIP events to drive sales.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the Customer Care team.
- Represent La DoubleJ as a brand ambassador, including international travel.
