Competenze

• Arabic speaking is mandatory; German or other languages are a plus.

La DoubleJ is seeking a bilingual Arabic & English speaking Personal Shopper based in Milan, Italy. This online role focuses on cultivating and developing relationships with high‑value clients, delivering a premium personal shopping experience, and driving sales growth in the Middle East market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with our most valuable clients in the Middle East market.
• Deliver best‑in‑class personal shopping services through digital channels.
• Create and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet monthly targets and yearly goals.
• Promote customer loyalty through engagement and selling activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Personal Shopping Manager and cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaking is mandatory; German speaking or other languages are a plus.
• Strong experience as a Personal Shopper in luxury retail, hospitality or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrable portfolio of VIP clients (ideally).
• Commercially driven with excellent client development and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and competent, able to converse at all levels internally and externally.
• Background in fast‑paced, growth‑oriented international environments.
