Job summary

DoubleJ S.r.l. is seeking a Sales Advisor for Rinascente Milano to embody brand culture and deliver memorable in-store experiences. You will welcome clients, demonstrate product knowledge, and build loyalty through warm, personalized interactions.

With fluent English and a proactive, organized approach, you will help maintain a vibrant store environment, work varying shifts (including evenings), and collaborate with the team to drive sales and brand storytelling.

SALES ADVISOR - Rinascente Milano

Ambassadors task is ensuring customer retention and brand loyalty by delivering, through warm welcome and face to face interactions, good vibrations and by creating the right conditions to make clients live a unique experience within the store, taking them on a trip to our world and history.

The Position

He/she will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, Promoting the corporate culture and image and accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process, as well as building a pleasant and healthy work environment.

The team works together to creating a professional and motivating environment that reflects LDJ’s values and a pleasant experience for customers. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success

Responsibilities

• Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador,ensuring clients are warmly welcomed and well assisted and have a memorable experience aligned with the brand.
• Demonstrate brand awareness, clienteling skills and product knowledge when communicating with customers. Engage with clients, manage the relationship with an international customer base and share La DoubleJ’s history, products and values.
• Consistently assist and interact with clients in a warm and courteous manner ,providing a highly professional approach and outstanding service in order to maximise business and to resolve customer issues
• Use conversation to discover client needs, partnering them with the appropriate sales professional attitude to achieve sales goals and create brand loyalty
• Promote team collaboration to build a pleasant and healthy environment where to work and to shop
• Maintain the work place tidy and organized
• Perform duties as reports, visual maintenance, etc
• Use effective sales techniques to achieve goals

Required Qualifications:

• Availability to work on different shift patterns, such as: 18:00–22:00 or 14:00–23:00
• Fluent English mandatory (additional language skills a plus)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Proactivity
• Strong commitment to build a team environment and collaboration
• Willingness to work shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the role in retail settings
• Computer skills
