Job summary

Trillium Pumps Italy is seeking an Application Engineer to join the After Market team in La Spezia. You will oversee technical alignment across bidding and ordering phases for centrifugal pumps and buyout components, coordinating with COT and other engineering teams.

The role requires a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while coordinating with suppliers and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• SAP experience and Microsoft Office proficiency are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and prepare technical specifications for buyout components.
• Coordinate with Instrumentation and Control Engineers regarding instrumentation and control scope.
• together with COT, prepare TMR, TBE and TQ documents and estimate equipment costs.
• Verify PO consistency with latest offers in collaboration with COT and Sales teams.
• Support Technical Project Coordinators during internal and customer kickoff meetings.
• Finalize technical specs leading to TMRs and revisions for buyout equipment.
• Participate in technical progress meetings with customers and suppliers.
