Prada Group is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to support the day-to-day management, optimization, and growth of the Group's digital business, focusing on the Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage e-commerce platforms. You will analyze KPIs, manage catalogs, and collaborate with IT, Retail, Merchandising, and local teams to drive customer experience and commercial results.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital or Online Merchandising.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with digital KPIs and business performance analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, complex formulas, data analysis).
• Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Adobe).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience in e-commerce merchandising and product performance analysis are considered a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
• English B2 or above, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support the day-to-day management of the Employee Online Store and Food & Beverage e-commerce platforms, ensuring operational excellence and optimal customer experience.
• Monitor and analyze key e-commerce KPIs (traffic, conversion, sales performance, AOV, etc.), identifying trends and business opportunities.
• Prepare recurring business reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Manage catalog activities, ensuring product data accuracy, assortment consistency, seasonal updates and promotional initiatives, while supporting product performance analysis and merchandising actions.
• Coordinate day-to-day activities with cross-functional teams including IT, Retail, Merchandising, Client Service and local business stakeholders.
• Support the planning, testing and rollout of new digital functionalities.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure consistency across systems and markets.
• Support merchandising activities through product performance analysis, assortment optimization and execution of promotional calendars and special commercial initiatives across different brands.
