Qonto is seeking an Analytics Engineer in Italy to own end-to-end data models supporting Product, Growth, and Ops Finance analytics. You will design scalable dbt models and tests, collaborate with Business Analysts, and drive the migration towards an Omni-based stack with a semantic layer.

There is room to grow across analytics domains and leverage AI for faster modeling and documentation. You will partner daily with stakeholders to ensure reliable data foundations, escalating when needed to

• Design and ship reliable dbt models and tests used across Product, Growth, and Ops Finance.
• Partner with Business Analysts to clarify needs and push back on quick fixes that harm data quality.
• Drive migration of data stack toward a scalable Omni-based setup.
