Qonto in Milan seeks an experienced Team Lead for its Italy AML operation. This hands‑on leadership role will coordinate 10 specialists, balance regulatory exposure with performance, and drive automation initiatives to improve monitoring and analytics.

You will work with the Head of AML to strengthen team development and cross‑functional collaboration while maintaining a strong customer focus and AI-enabled workflows.

Competenze

• Proven AML expertise in Italy (min 4 years).
• Experience leading a team of at least 3 agents.
• Tech‑first mindset with comfort in automation, data and AI tools.
• Fluent Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily run including task assignment and alert monitoring.
• Analyze control results to identify root causes and coordinate remediation across first and second line.
• Review and improve transaction monitoring scenarios and processes.
• Support and develop team members across junior and senior levels.
• Coordinate regular stakeholder catch‑ups with AFC, Internal Control, Internal Audit, Onboarding, CS, and BPO managers near Milan.
