Lexroom.ai in Milan, Italy, is seeking an analytics engineer who will own the data transformation layer from raw sources to trusted datasets, building and maintaining a dbt project on BigQuery, and shaping self-serve analytics for Product, CS and Sales.

You will model analytics events, dashboards, and data quality frameworks, collaborate with engineers, and contribute to AI/ML model evaluation and data contracts. English fluency required; Italian a plus. This role is hybrid with Milan HQ.

Competenze

• 3+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or related role.
• Strong SQL and dbt experience with cloud data warehouses.

Mansioni

• Own the data transformation layer from raw sources to trusted datasets.
• Model analytics events, engineering metrics, and business KPIs into self-service data models.
• Build and maintain dashboards and semantic layers for cross-team queries.
• Implement data quality tests, freshness checks, and SLAs on key datasets.
• Collaborate with engineers on event tracking and data contracts.
