Jobgether SRL, via a partner in Italy, seeks an AI Video Editor to produce high-volume, conversion-focused video content for paid social campaigns. You'll primarily edit direct-response videos across UGC, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led content, with quick turnarounds and measurable results.

Work with strategists and growth teams to ideate, script, and iterate using CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, and Pika.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience editing direct-response video ads for D2C brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social video advertising.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere, and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, or Pika.
• Ability to deliver multiple assets per week in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms (UGC, testimonials, product demos, founder-led content).
• Develop multiple creative variations by testing hooks, angles, CTAs, messaging, and layouts.
• Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts with engagement and conversion focus.
• Use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects to produce high-quality creative efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing and production workflows.
• Create static ad creatives for paid social campaigns with templates and swipe files.
• Produce multiple static variations for testing (headlines, layouts, messaging).
• Collaborate with strategists and growth teams to execute concepts based on performance feedback.
• Source, organize, and manage creative assets (UGC, stock footage, hooks, B-roll).
• Maintain high-volume workflow while ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and timely delivery.
