CIM Competenze per Industria e Manifattura is seeking a specialist to design and implement Gen-AI solutions for industrial contexts. The role focuses on RAG, AI agents, and AI-enabled process automation, collaborating with industry partners and research centers.

Support for innovation and technology transfer programmes within the Digital Factory area through the design, development and validation of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions intended for stakeholder companies and partners within the CIM ecosystem.
The role will be involved in the definition and implementation of industrial research, experimentation and technology adoption projects, with particular focus on the application of the most advanced Artificial Intelligence techniques to production, operational and decision-making processes. Activities will include requirements analysis, solution design, prototype development and support for experimentation mainly in industrial contexts, working closely with companies, technology providers, research centres and industrial partners. The selection is open to profiles with different levels of seniority, including recent graduates and professionals with consolidated experience. Professional experience relevant to the role, technical skills possessed, and the level of autonomy and responsibility developed will be assessed.
Expected gross annual salary range for the position: €28,000–€42,000. Employment classification under the Italian “Metalmeccanico” standard contract.
Placement within the salary range and the corresponding employment level will be determined on the basis of objective and neutral criteria, including relevant professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy, responsibility and ability to manage complex projects.
