CIM Competenze per Industria e Manifattura is seeking an IT Infrastructure & Network Specialist in Turin to design, implement and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi networks, with emphasis on security and connectivity. The CIM Competence Center is the national reference hub for technology transfer and for the dissemination of skills related to the manufacturing and service industries.

The IT Infrastructure & Network Specialist will join CIM’s ICT team and will primarily contribute to the design, implementation, maintenance and evolution of network infrastructures supporting the Competence Center’s activities and projects with partner companies.
The role will focus on LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN and network security architectures, covering requirements analysis, technical design, device configuration, deployment, operational validation, monitoring and troubleshooting. As a complementary responsibility, the specialist may support CIM’s internal IT infrastructure, including Microsoft 365 services, user management, server systems, virtualization, backup and business-continuity tools. The selection is open to profiles with different levels of seniority, including experienced professionals and technical profiles possessing the required skills. Relevant professional experience, technical skills, and the level of autonomy and responsibility developed will be assessed.
Expected gross annual salary range for the position: €28,000–€42,000. Employment classification under the Italian “Metalmeccanico” standard contract.
Placement within the salary range and the corresponding employment level will be determined on the basis of objective and neutral criteria, including relevant professional experience, technical skills, level of autonomy, responsibility and ability to manage complex projects.
