Azienda Anonima cerca un Solutions Engineer specializzato in Applied AI per progettare architetture AI scalabili e guidare lo sviluppo di soluzioni Generative AI per clienti enterprise e pubblici. Il ruolo richiede esperienza in RAG, prompt engineering e integrazione con sistemi esistenti.

La risorsa lavorerà su PoC/MVP, valutazione modelli e deployment in ambienti enterprise, collaborando con team interni e clienti per assicurare sicurezza, affidabilità e conformità.

Competenze

• Esperienza nella progettazione di soluzioni Generative AI e sistemi end-to-end RAG.
• Conoscenza di framework AI e linguaggi comuni per sviluppare PoC/MVP.
• Capacità di integrare soluzioni AI in contesti enterprise tramite API e sistemi esistenti.

Mansioni

• Analizzare requisiti del cliente e progettare architetture di soluzioni AI end-to-end.
• Sviluppare PoC e MVP per validare soluzioni AI e opportunità di business.
• Progettare e ottimizzare pipeline RAG, prompt engineering e flussi di AI Agent.
• Integrare soluzioni AI con sistemi enterprise, API e infrastrutture esistenti.
• Valutare modelli AI in base a prestazioni, costi, scalabilità e requisiti di conformità.
• Supportare progetti AI durante tutto il ciclo di vita, dalla sperimentazione alla produzione.

Applied AI / Solutions Engineer (Generative AI & AI Agents)

A fast-growing Italian startup is looking for an experienced Applied AI / Solutions Engineer to join its team and support the design, development, and adoption of innovative Generative AI solutions for enterprise and public sector environments.

The role focuses on translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions, designing architectures, developing PoCs and MVPs, and supporting the implementation of AI systems and autonomous agents in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end AI solution architectures.
• Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to validate AI solutions and business opportunities.
• Design and optimize RAG pipelines, advanced prompt engineering strategies, and AI Agent workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and existing infrastructures.
• Evaluate AI models and technologies based on performance, cost, scalability, and compliance requirements.
• Support AI projects throughout their lifecycle, from experimentation to production deployment.
• Create technical documentation, support knowledge transfer, and collaborate with customers and internal teams.
• Contribute to the optimization of AI solutions in terms of security, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements

• Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions and end-to-end RAG systems.
• Strong knowledge of Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI Agents, and model adaptation techniques.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise environments through APIs and existing systems.
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant, PGVector) and traditional databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML deployment practices.
• Experience with Docker, Git, API development, and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in enterprise environments and managing multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA).
• Knowledge of AI monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or public sector.
• Cloud certifications or contributions to AI/ML open-source projects.
