Generali in Milano seeks an AI Developer and Engineer – Team Lead to build reliable AI systems across ML, DL, NLP, CV, and LLMs. You will lead end-to-end projects and collaborate with stakeholders to plan timelines and staffing.
You will drive PoC to production, enforce best practices for scalable, secure AI solutions, and mentor a team of AI developers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
The Group Data Artificial Intelligence and Automation Solutions function is in charge of driving the execution of key Artificial Intelligence projects at Group level, related both to AI-driven automation and AI recommendations/predictions to support the Generali growth. The function is also responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving a library of central shared analytics / automation services, leveraging cutting-edge technologies, algorithms, and methodologies, available for the BUs through a central platform.
Within this organization, the AI and Generative AI Development Unit is responsible for the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions.
Your mission as an AI Developer and Engineer - Team Lead is to build reliable, optimized, and maintainable AI systems, including traditional machine learning models, deep learning architectures, computer vision, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
We offer employment at the Manager level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between € 56k and € 70k. The final offer will be aligned with the candidate’s professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component
