Fever is seeking a hands-on AI Search Innovation Lead to evolve our brand authority across AI search and LLMs. You will partner with world‑class teams to deliver measurable impact through better AI visibility, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to advance the discovery ecosystem.

You will design tests, measure performance, and translate industry developments into actionable strategies, while guiding the SEO practice and ensuring robust data ingestion for AI models.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or Big Data (STEM).
• 6–9 years of SEO experience with ownership and proactive problem solving.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or SQL is a plus; fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Own the strategic evolution of core SEO practices, including AI/LLM presence.
• Lead testing and measurement to understand SEO signals on LLM citations.
• Design and maintain frameworks to quantify AI visibility performance.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to optimize data schemas and APIs for AI ingestion.
